Prepare yourself! Run, crawl under, and climb your way to fitness in the True North Fitness Bootcamp! At our outdoor venues, you’ll never have a dull routine – what you’ll get is a military-inspired whole-body workout that is designed to increase your speed, strength, stamina, and agility. In a word, we’re here to help you reach your next level of fitness in a very challenging and fun way.




You’ll become familiar with the army dozen plus a few exercises appropriated from naval and airborne training, and, in the advanced courses, a regimen adapted from those from Rangers and the Navy SEALs. You’ll belong to a platoon/regiment led by drill sergeants – military men and women who have high credentials for physical training.



Beyond individual exercises, you and your fellow bootcampers will participate in group activities such as circuits and friendly contests. Camaraderie and the spirit of competition will be supportive dimensions to your personal-yet-shared aspirations for greater fitness. You’ll be amazed at how much deeper you can dig into yourself when you have peers who push you just as hard as they push themselves.


Our workouts are designed for one goal: Leveling up. You’ll be placed in one of three tiers, namely basic, intermediate, or advanced, depending on your fitness level.

What’s comes after the advanced tier? You’ll get to test yourself in The Guerilla Race Series, marathons with obstacles along the way. Only the strongest of will and body can dare to enter this race; and finishing it inducts you into an elite class of extreme enthusiasts.



TNFB instructors have two things in common – a military background and fitness qualifications. They are either currently serving or have served in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and they all have relevant military or personal fitness training qualifications. This simply means that our instructors are responsible, experienced, and knowledgeable in the implementation of the modules and are effective in motivating and getting the best out of people.

TN Fitness Bootcamp Resumes

Starting on the 15th and 16th of November 2014, TN guerilla race inc will resume its TN Fitness Bootcamp in preparation for the next Guerilla Race. On the 15th of November, True North will conduct an initial physical fitness assessment to all the participants in order to determine their respective fitness level. On the following day, November 16, 2014, will be the actual start of the TN Fitness Bootcamp.

Regular schedules of TN Fitness Bootcamp after the opening will be during Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 7:00 pm9:00 pm.

Venue will be at the AFP Grandstand, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
