Modules and Sessions
Modules are programmed for basic, advanced, and extreme physical fitness activities, and that your fitness level determines which module you will fall under. It is highly encouraged to start with the basic module and then advance to the more difficult and physically challenging modules.
Each module typically lasts for 10-20 sessions across a span of 3-4 times a week. Each session lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours; and schedules before or after daytime work hours are available.
Other than the general “warm-up, work out, cool-down” set-up, there is no ‘typical’ TNFB session. Each instructor has a unique style and each session is differentiated so that you’ll always have something exciting to look forward to. In fact, we guarantee that you’ll do exercises that are completely new.
The TNFB is specifically made for an average of about 15-20 participants per instructor. At this ratio, our instructors can make sure that everyone does the exercises correctly, and that nobody skips any part of the class. In addition, the instructor can tailor the class so that everyone is sufficiently challenged while leaving nobody behind. Alternatively, we can also combine the groups to form one class of about 150 maximum participants, wherein one instructor demonstrates particular exercises while other instructors supervise and guide the participants.
At the end of every module we conduct physical assessment tests to determine the level of fitness of every participant and assess whether they have improved physically from taking the course. The TNFB Fitness Assessment is a series of exercises against the clock based on the Army Fitness Test, which we have adapted as a way of documenting your progress. In addition, we also administer other physical challenges to determine the level of fitness of every participant, such as fun runs, marathons, a 15K rucksack march, and various obstacle and rope courses. At the tope end, we have The Guerilla Race, a grueling 5K cross-country marathon with 12 different obstacles strewn across the course.
